More than two decades in GTA real estate
Mushtaq has worked in the Greater Toronto Area real estate industry since 2004 and has practised residential appraisal since 2016. He founded Alpha Appraisals after developing experience across brokerage, valuation and legal-services environments.
As an AIC-designated residential fee appraiser, he prepares reports with careful attention to CUSPAP, appropriate scope, relevant market evidence, independence and clear reasoning.
